To me a business is something much greater than a source of income, it is something to feel a part of, like a community. It must challenge you and allow you to grow. You must really enjoy what you do and therefore you need to get much more out of a business than a wage. What drives me is my responsibility to those around me and knowing I am merely a custodian of something much greater than I.

It has been my pleasure to work with the Hilton family for over 30 years, witnessing the company grow from humble beginnings on the NSW Central Coast to our current multi-site dealership group.

We have a fantastic workplace culture, something I am very passionate about. There is real focus on team and achievement, but the thing that really stands out for me is that Brian Hilton Motor Group truly cares about their people.

The main reason I enjoy working at Brian Hilton Motor Group would have to be the people. Everyone is friendly yet hard working and striving to perform. This, in combination with the business being family owned and operated, has created a pleasant workplace culture and has encouraged an ongoing positive attitude from all staff.

It is reputation, ethics, and culture that makes a dealership great. It was these attributes that made me want to be a part of Brian Hilton Motor Group.

I am excited to be working with the Gympie Community to build this fantastic town. Word of mouth is everything in QLD and we let you guest experience talk for us.
