This document describes the support our organisation will provide, where an employee sustains a work-related injury or illness at work. The Return to Work Program supports a culture of recovery at work, for better health outcomes for workers and reduced time away from work. The Program is aligned with the State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) Guidelines for Workplace Return to Work Programs.
